Agency i, LLC (“Agency i,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and order property-intelligence reports, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Order & contact information — your name, email address, and the property address or research question you submit so we can prepare and deliver your report.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Usage information — basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (e.g., pages visited), which help us improve the Services.
2. How we use information
- To research, prepare, and deliver the report or service you ordered.
- To process payments and issue receipts through Stripe.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe’s privacy policy).
- Hosting & infrastructure — our website is served via Cloudflare.
- Legal — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
4. Data retention
We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to deliver the Services, maintain business and tax records, and comply with law. You may request deletion of your personal information subject to those obligations.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. To exercise any right, contact us.
7. Children
The Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Effective” date above will change accordingly.
