Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective July 8, 2026

Agency i reports are custom, made-to-order digital work products. We want you to be confident in every purchase, so our policy is written to be clear and fair.

Cancellations before work begins

If you cancel an order before we begin research, you are entitled to a full refund. Just email us as soon as possible with your order details.

Orders in progress

Once research has begun but the report has not yet been delivered, you may cancel for a partial refund reflecting work already completed. We’ll tell you the amount before processing.

Delivered reports

Because a delivered report is custom digital work that cannot be “returned,” completed and delivered reports are generally non-refundable. However, we stand behind our work:

• If a delivered report contains a material factual error that we can confirm, we will correct it at no charge promptly.
• If we cannot reasonably correct a confirmed material defect, we will offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
• If we are unable to complete an order we accepted, you receive a full refund.

Rush fees

If you paid a rush fee and we fail to meet the promised rush turnaround for reasons within our control, the rush fee is refunded (the base report price still applies once delivered).

How to request a refund

Email cb@carrington.ai with your order confirmation and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
