Terms of Service
Effective July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and the property-intelligence reports, dossiers, media, and related data services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Agency i, LLC (“Agency i,” “we,” “us”), a limited liability company organized in the State of California. By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
Agency i produces research-based property and market intelligence. Reports are compiled from public records, licensed data, and independent research, and each material claim is confidence-flagged as Confirmed, Reported, or Estimated. Our deliverables are intelligence, not legal, financial, tax, appraisal, or investment advice, and are not a solicitation to buy or sell real property or securities.
2. Professional responsibility
The Services are intended for use by licensed real-estate professionals and informed principals. You are responsible for independently verifying any material fact before relying on it in a transaction. Agency i does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any information for a particular purpose, and disclaims liability for decisions made in reliance on the Services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. License and white-label use
Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased deliverable in your own real-estate practice, including presenting it to your clients under your own branding (“white-label”). You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage Agency i deliverables as a standalone data product to third parties without our written consent. We retain all intellectual-property rights in our templates, methodology, and underlying engine.
4. Orders, pricing, and turnaround
Prices are stated on our Pricing page and at checkout in U.S. dollars. Reports are custom-prepared work products with a stated turnaround; rush turnaround is available for an additional fee. We may decline or refund any order that is out of scope, unlawful, or that we are unable to research to our standard.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. Statement descriptor: AGENCY I.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Because reports are custom digital work, our refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent our deliverables as independent appraisals or as your own original research where prohibited, or to use our data in violation of any data provider’s terms or applicable real-estate advertising and disclosure laws.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency i disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event will Agency i’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
